Marinate 500 gm chicken pieces with salt and lemon juice and keep for 30 mins. Mix content of Kurma pack and 300 ml (2 cups) water to make the gravy. Pour 2 tbsp oil to pan, when hot add the chicken pieces and saute on slow flame until they look white. Pour the gravy and close the lid and cook chicken on slow flame until the chicken is cooked.
