Goan Fish Curry Mix: Clean fish (Pomfret / King fish - 300 gm) and give it a few cuts. Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt and keep for 10 mins. In a bowl mix content of Goan fish curry pack and 400 ml (2.5 cups) water to make the gravy. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and pour the gravy into the pan and add the marinated fish pieces to it. Close the lid and cook fish on slow flame until the fish is cooked. Keep stirring in between and add water and salt if required. Enjoy with hot rice.
Chicken Kurma Curry Mix: Marinate 500 gm chicken pieces with salt and lemon juice and keep for 30 mins. Mix content of Kurma pack and 300 ml (2 cups) water to make the gravy. Pour 2 tbsp oil to pan, when hot add the chicken pieces and saute on slow flame until they look white. Pour the gravy and close the lid and cook chicken on slow flame until the chicken is cooked. Keep stirring in between, add water and salt as required.
Prawn Curry Mix: Clean prawns ( 300 gm) and marinate with turmeric and salt and keep it for 10 mins. In a bowl mix content of Chingri Malai curry pack and 300 ml (2 cups) water to make the gravy. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan and shallow fry the prawns on both sides until it changes colour. Add gravy to pan. Cook prawns on slow flame until cooked. Keep stirring in between and add water and salt if required. Enjoy with hot rice.

Mix content of Fish Molly Curry pack and 300 ml (2 cups) water to make the gravy. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan and shallow fry the fish on both sides. Add gravy to pan. Cook fish on slow flame until cooked. Keep stirring in between and add water and salt if required.
